Where does my team work?
Your team works from our office in Al Rehab City, New Cairo. We provide workplaces, hardware and internet connection.
Is my team dedicated to me?
Yes. You work with the same people every day. They are not shared with other clients.
Can I interview candidates?
Yes. We send you matching profiles and you can interview candidates before they join your team.
What is the time difference?
Cairo is one hour ahead of Cologne, Paris, Rome and Madrid, two hours ahead of London and one hour behind Istanbul.
Which languages do you support?
English is standard. Tell us which language your customers need and we check availability for your project.
How quickly can a team start?
That depends on team size and skills. We give you a start date with our quote.
How is data protection handled?
Our staff access your systems remotely and only with the rights you grant. Ask us for a data processing agreement for clients in the EU.
What does it cost?
We charge a fixed monthly fee per full-time team member. The price depends on role, language and hours. Request a quote and you get a written offer.
Is there a minimum term?
We agree the term with you in the contract. Ask us about a trial period for new teams.
Who owns the work results?
You do. Code, documents and data created for you belong to you.
